The Vault ships as a printed spiral book with tabs, international shipping is calculated at checkout, and the sale price is already set.
Why paper
A book you can pick up is easy to hand to a family member. That is the whole point of printing it.
01
A book you can pick up.
The Vault lives on paper, so the details are right there on the page with no password needed. Someone you trust can open it, turn a tab, and find what they need, and it is easy to hand to a family member because it is a book you can hold.
02
One place to return to.
Organization should make life feel lighter, not more complicated. The Vault grew from binders, lists, and simple systems that kept important information from living only in a head.
03
Written so it can change.
Always write in pencil because life likes to play the change-up game. The goal is not perfect organization. It is knowing where to look when something matters.

Turn to any tab and start wherever you want.
The Vault is a book you fill in at your own pace. Open it on a table, flip to the section that matters today, and write in pencil. Skip what does not apply, and come back whenever something changes.

What I Want You To Know
Seven sections and 160+ pages give everything that matters one place to live.
The goal is not perfect organization. It is knowing where to look when something matters.
Always write in pencil because life likes to play the change-up game.
A note from Donna
I created The Vault because I have always believed that organization should make life feel lighter, not more complicated.
For years, I have relied on binders, lists, and simple systems to keep important information from living only in my head. Life comes with a lot of moving parts, and I learned that having one place to return to can make an enormous difference.
The Vault grew from those systems.
It was created to help you gather what matters, know where things are, and make everyday life easier to navigate. You do not have to complete everything at once, and you certainly do not have to organize your life perfectly.
Start with what feels most useful. Add to it as you go. Make it your own.
My hope is simple: that The Vault gives you a little more clarity, a little less mental clutter, and the confidence of knowing that the important things have a place.

The Vault, Living Legacy Edition
This is the copy someone can hold, and it is easy to hand to a family member because it is a book rather than a login.
$99 $125
The Physical Vault is $99 until October 12, and then it returns to $125.
The Vault is a printed spiral book of 160+ templates on cream stock, with seven labeled tabs, a linen cover, and a wire-o binding that lies flat. It is for the life you are living and the life you want left in order, with pages you fill in, in pencil, so the details have one place to live. Someone you trust can pick it up, turn a tab, and find what they need.
The Vault is for anyone who wants this information in one place, whether that is partners who share a house, parents who keep the family calendar in their head, or people who have a drawer of paper and a phone full of notes and would rather have one book. It is written for real life rather than for attorneys, so you do not need a legal background to fill it in, and you do not have to complete every page.
Until October 12, 2026, the Physical Vault is $99. After October 12 it returns to $125. The Digital Vault is $27.00. Sale pricing is already set at checkout on risingandthriving.com. You do not need a coupon code. The button on this page takes you to the live price.
The physical edition is the one you hold, a spiral book with tabs, a linen cover and 160+ printed pages. The digital edition is the same templates as a fillable file for iPad or typing. If you want a book you can hand to a family member, order the physical edition, and if you prefer to type, the digital edition is there, with the same sections in a different form.
The Vault has 160+ templates across seven named sections. Personal holds you, contacts, family, tech, and social. Digital Access holds password keepers and a Keep It Secure reminder. Health and Protection holds insurance, records, family health, life insurance, estate notes, and personal wishes. Home and Property holds the house, vehicles, valuables, and who to call. Financial holds cards, income, spending, subscriptions, giving, cash, and debt. Important Documents is a locator for what exists and where it lives. Where to Begin is the first page someone you trust would open.
It is a spiral book with tabs and a wire-o binding rather than a three-ring binder, and it lies flat on a table so you can write. There are seven section tabs: Personal, Digital Access, Health, Home, Financial, Documents, and Where to Begin. Donna's letter talks about binders as the origin story, and the book you receive is the spiral edition.
No. The Vault records what exists and where it is kept, and it is not a will, a trust, or legal advice. Keep the original papers where they belong and use the Document Locator so someone can find them.
