1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By using Money Mastery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms of Service
• Our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference)
• Our End User License Agreement (EULA) for Money Mastery software
• All applicable laws and regulations

1.2 Eligibility

To use Money Mastery, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Possess a valid Google Workspace™ account
• Reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

1.3 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via email, in-app notification, or website notice.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Money Mastery is a cloud-based financial management platform built on Google Apps Script that provides transaction tracking, statement upload (never a bank connection), financial analytics, Clarity AI coaching, document management, automated backups, and a dashboard interface.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

You are solely responsible for credential protection, unauthorized access monitoring, and device security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Who may use a membership: each plan is for one person. On a paid plan that person may invite one spouse or partner to edit the same accounts, and up to three guests to view the sheet and the reports. Every plan, business or personal, is limited to ten accounts.

Term: Paid memberships are monthly or yearly subscriptions that run from the date of purchase and renew automatically until cancelled.

4.1 Auto-Renewal Policy

Automatic renewal: Rise, Rise Together and Rise Beyond renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price,

• Renewal Date: Your plan will automatically renew on the anniversary of your original purchase date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from Account and Billing in your member hub, or by emailing [email protected].
• Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Data Access: After cancellation, you retain access to your Money Mastery spreadsheet data in Google Sheets™, but active features and support will be discontinued.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Money Mastery and all related components are the exclusive property of Donna Roggio LLC. You are granted a limited license to use the service but are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or using it for competitive purposes.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

Money Mastery is for your own personal and business financial records. When you use it, you agree not to:

• share your login, PIN or workbook access with anyone not covered by your own membership;
• upload material you do not have the right to upload, or another person's financial records without their permission;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store the records or proceeds of unlawful activity;
• attempt to reach another member's data, or any part of our systems you have not been given access to;
• probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation;
• scrape, bulk-download or resell any part of the Service, its content or its templates;
• use the Service to mislead anyone about their financial position.

Community spaces, including the Money Mastery Collective and any live calls, also require that you treat other members with respect and keep what they share in confidence. What is said in the room stays in the room.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service is built on third-party platforms, so using it means using them. Your workbook is a Google Sheets file, the web application runs on Cloudflare, purchases are handled by our e-commerce provider, and some features send data to an artificial-intelligence provider so it can read a statement or answer a question. Exactly what is sent, and to whom, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Those providers have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we do not control them. We are responsible for our own Service. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s outage, policy change or decision to discontinue a feature, although we will tell you if one materially affects what you receive from us.

9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

9.1 You may cancel at any time

You may cancel your membership whenever you choose, by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, which is governed by Section 5.

9.2 When we may suspend or end your access

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, or where the law requires immediate action, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to put things right first.

9.3 Your data when access ends

Your figures are yours. For thirty (30) days after your access ends you may ask us to return a copy of your workbook and the data we hold about you, and we will provide it. After that period we may delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will not withhold your financial records over a billing dispute.

9.4 What survives

Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Money Mastery is a financial management tool, NOT financial advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor for personalized guidance.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donna Roggio LLC, and its officers, employees and contractors, from any third-party claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your infringement of someone else’s rights, or content you uploaded that you did not have the right to upload.

This does not apply to a claim arising from our own breach of these Terms, our negligence, or our wilful misconduct, and it does not limit any right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

13.1 Talk to us first

If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and tell us what happened and what you would like done about it. We will respond within thirty (30) days. Most things end here, and we would rather they did.

13.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13.3 If you are a consumer in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland

Nothing in Section 13.2 takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you keep the benefit of those laws and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country. The same applies anywhere else whose law gives you a right you cannot contract out of.

13.4 Time limit

Except where the law that applies to you provides otherwise, any claim relating to the Service must be brought within one (1) year of the event that gave rise to it.

14. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TO THESE TERMS

The Service changes as we improve it. We may add, alter or withdraw features. If we withdraw something material that you are paying for, we will tell you in advance, and where that leaves you with materially less than you paid for we will offer you a fair remedy.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations we will give you at least thirty (30) days notice by email or inside the Service before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel under Section 9.1.

15. GENERAL TERMS

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Donna Roggio LLC about the Service, and they replace anything said beforehand about it.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.

Assignment. You may not transfer your membership or your rights under these Terms without our written agreement. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business, and if we do, your rights under these Terms travel with you.

Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our reasonable control.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

BY USING MONEY MASTERY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• ✓ You understand that paid memberships renew each billing period until cancelled
• ✓ You accept the limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers
