Leaving without losing work
Two small buttons, Refresh and Close, and the one question to ask before either: has the footer said Saved.
Your workbook may look different. If there is no brown band of buttons along the top, use the Money Mastery menu in the menu bar above your workbook. The names are a little different there: Categorize is Categorize Transactions, Reports is Clarity AI & Reports, Dashboard is Open Dashboard, and Start Here is Getting Started.

Welcome in. Today two small buttons, Refresh and Close, and the one question to ask before either: is my work saved.
Look at the bottom of the Categorize window. There is a switch called Auto-save, and it is on. Next to it, after every change, you see Saving, then Saved.
Once it says Saved, that change is in your workbook, and it reaches the account tab within about a minute. You do not have to do anything.
Refresh, at the bottom right, reloads the rows from the workbook. Click it if you typed a row into the workbook by hand and want to see it here, or if you labelled from your phone and are now on your computer.
If something is still unsaved when you click Refresh, the window stops and asks:.
The Close button works the same way. Click it; if something is unsaved it asks whether to go back or close anyway. Click Go back, wait for Saved, then click Close.
Click the Categorize button in the workbook again, and everything you saved is t.
If you turn Auto-save off, a Save button appears next to it, and nothing saves until you click it. Leave Auto-save on unless you are doing a big clean-up you might want to abandon.
Wait for Saved, then leave. The window saves as you go, and once it has said Saved, your labels are already in the workbook. The warnings exist to protect you; read them, do not click past them.
Saved means saved to the workbook, not to the window. Close the browser, lose the laptop, open the workbook on your phone: the labels are in the account tab.
Saved, then leave. Your work is in the workbook. See you next time.
