Asking for help
The Stuck button in the Categorize window, and the three things to put in the message so a person can answer it the same day.
Your workbook may look different. If there is no brown band of buttons along the top, use the Money Mastery menu in the menu bar above your workbook. The names are a little different there: Categorize is Categorize Transactions, Reports is Clarity AI & Reports, Dashboard is Open Dashboard, and Start Here is Getting Started.

Welcome back. Today how to ask for help in a way that gets you an answer the same day: the Stuck button, and the three things to put in the message.
In the Categorize window, at the top right next to Reports, there is a button that says Stuck. Click it.
A short form opens over the window. It already knows which workbook you are in and which screen you are on, so you do not have to explain that.
Click the message box and type three things. Which row: the date and the description. What you did. What you expected to happen instead.
If you can, say what you saw. A message, a number, a blank. If there was an error message, type it exactly.
Click Send. The form says Sent, the ticket goes to a person, and the reply comes.
From the hub, the same three things work in Report it at the bottom of the page,.
One thing never to do: do not keep clicking to make it work. Send the ticket, and go and do something else. Fixing it twice is slower than fixing it once.
A ticket with the row is answered the same day. Which workbook, which row, and what you expected to happen. With those three, there is nothing to ask you back; without them, there is.
The Stuck form attaches which screen you were on and which account was open, so the answer can name the exact cell without you having to find it.
Stuck, three things, send. A person reads it. See you in the next one.
