Feature, Dashboard
Your numbers tell a story, and the dashboard makes it visible.
After you upload and categorize your transactions, the dashboard assembles the picture: income by source, expenses by category, net position for the month, and trend lines across multiple months. It updates the moment you approve a categorization batch, with no separate sync step and nothing to wait for.
- Income vs. expenses in one view
- Net position, so you know whether you are building or holding steady
- Trend view across multiple months

This is in Rise, at $49.99 a month, and in everything above it. The higher memberships do not unlock more of the system, they add Donna’s time.
Here you are seeing the dashboard after twelve months of data have been uploaded and categorized. Notice how it sets your income against your expenses month by month, shows the net profit across those months, and lists the income sources and expense categories that moved it most. This is what it looks like when you see your financial situation clearly, with the numbers from your own accounts.

- Income totals by account and categorySee exactly how much came in, from which accounts, and across which income labels. The totals are added up for you, so your revenue for the month is ready the moment you look.
- Expense totals with category breakdownEvery categorized expense rolls up into clear totals organized by category. See which buckets are running high, compare against last month, and notice patterns while they are still small.
- Net position for the monthIncome minus expenses, shown clearly, not just as a number but as a story. The dashboard shows you at a glance whether you are building, whether you are holding steady, and whether a big expense compressed your margin this month.
- Trend view across multiple monthsCompare this month to last month, or view a rolling picture across several months side by side. Patterns that are invisible in a single-month view become clear when you can see them over time.
A clarity system for your whole financial picture.
The Money Mastery dashboard shows you your net position, your income and expenses, and whether your financial situation is improving. Your personal money and your business money each have a dashboard of their own, so each side of your financial life has a clear picture.
Business and personal, both visible
Your business money and your personal money each have their own dashboard rather than one blended view, so you can read the business picture and the personal picture separately, each one clear on its own terms.
Trend direction, not just the month
A single month of data tells you what happened. Three to six months of data tells you where things are going. The trend view is what turns monthly bookkeeping into genuine financial awareness.
Live after every approval batch
Approve a categorization batch and the dashboard reflects the updated totals, with no separate sync step to run and no nightly refresh to wait for.
Numbers that mean something.
Income vs. expense clarity
See the relationship between what came in and what went out. Understand whether the business is building or compressing. Know whether your personal financial position improved this month or not.
Category-level visibility
Which expense categories are largest? Where did most of the money go? Which income sources are growing? The dashboard answers these questions on one screen.
Monthly and multi-month comparison
Look at a single month in detail or compare several months side by side to see the direction things are moving. Patterns you would never notice in a single-month view become obvious across six months of data.
Here is what you may want to know
Does the dashboard update automatically when I categorize?
Yes. As soon as you approve a categorization batch, the dashboard reflects the updated totals. There is no separate sync step, manual refresh, or waiting period.
Can I see business and personal separately?
Yes. Your business money and your personal money each have their own dashboard, so you can view your business picture and your personal picture independently, without the two sides blended together.
What if my numbers look wrong?
Go back to the categorize view and check for transactions assigned to the wrong label, missing transactions from a statement that was not uploaded yet, or a duplicate upload. The dashboard is only as accurate as the categorizations it is built from, any discrepancy usually traces back to an uncategorized or miscategorized transaction.
How far back does the dashboard show data?
As far back as you have uploaded and categorized statements. If you have nine months of data, you can view trends across all nine months. Your history accumulates as long as you are a member.
Can I use the dashboard to prepare for my accountant?
Yes. The dashboard gives you a clean income and expense summary by category that matches what your accountant needs to see. For a more structured handoff, the Share with Accountant feature produces a formatted report package your accountant can read directly.
The dashboard is included in every paid Money Mastery membership.
Rise, at $49.99 a month, includes the whole system: account upload, categorization, the dashboard, split transactions, business and personal separation, sharing with your accountant, and unlimited Clarity AI questions. The memberships above Rise add more of Donna’s time rather than more of the system, and if you would like to begin without paying anything, La Soglia is free.
