Can I start on the free tracker first?
Yes, and a lot of women do. La Soglia is free and free to keep, and nothing about it expires when you upgrade. Your workbook is already in your own Google Drive.
What if I need to pause?
Write to us. A pause is a conversation, not a form. The founding rate is tied to a membership that keeps running, so tell us before you stop rather than after.
Do I have to be on the preview call to join?
No. The preview is there so you can see the whole system before you decide, not as a gate. Wave 2 opens Monday 21 September either way.
